About Our Client ##

Pour le compte d'une structure privée de premier plan basée à Genève, nous recherchons un(e) Property & Art Collections Coordinator polyvalent(e) afin de soutenir les activités opérationnelles liées à la gestion de résidences privées, de collections d'art et de services dédiés à une famille suisse active à l'international. Basé(e) à Genève, vous évoluerez dans un environnement exigeant où discrétion, sens du service et adaptabilité sont essentiels.

Job Description ##

Vos responsabilités - Participer à la gestion logistique de collections d'art et d'objets de valeur : manipulation, conditionnement, transport spécialisé, inventaires, mouvements d'œuvres et organisation des espaces de stockage. - Assurer le suivi opérationnel de plusieurs résidences privées, veiller à leur bon fonctionnement quotidien et coordonner les interventions de prestataires techniques. - Prendre en charge diverses missions de coordination et de support logistique, incluant le suivi d'expéditions et la gestion de documents, de matériel. - Coordonner ponctuellement l'acheminement sécurisé d'œuvres, d'équipements ou de matériel sensible, ainsi que certaines missions de représentation nécessitant fiabilité, discrétion et sens du service. - Prendre en charge, lorsque nécessaire, certains déplacements de la famille, en assurant un service irréprochable et une parfaite confidentialité. - Collaborer avec un large éventail d'interlocuteurs internes et externes afin de garantir la bonne exécution des opérations et des projets.

The Successful Applicant ##

Votre profil - Expérience confirmée dans un environnement lié au transport, à la manutention ou à la logistique d'œuvres d'art, d'objets de collection, de mobilier haut de gamme ou d'actifs nécessitant des précautions particulières. - Très bonne connaissance du tissu économique, culturel et artistique de l'arc lémanique. - Excellente maîtrise de la manipulation et du transport d'œuvres d'art ou d'objets sensibles. - Excellent niveau de français et bonnes bases d'anglais requis. - Sens aigu de la discrétion, de la confidentialité et du service. - Très bonne présentation et aisance relationnelle. - Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et à réagir efficacement aux imprévus. - Esprit d'équipe tout en étant autonome dans l'organisation de votre activité. - Flexibilité dans les horaires selon les besoins opérationnels. - Permis de conduire indispensable ; permis remorque fortement apprécié, permis côtier un atout.
