Prorektor/\\-in GIBS Solothurn, 80\\-100% ======================================= Das \\Berufsbildungszentrum BBZ Solothurn\\-Grenchen\\ ist das regionale Kompetenzzentrum für die berufliche Grund\\- und Weiterbildung und umfasst fünf Leistungsbereiche (EBZ Solothurn\\-Grenchen, GIBS Grenchen, GIBS Solothurn, KBS Solothurn, ZeitZentrum Grenchen). Die Gewerblich\\-Industrielle Berufsfachschule GIBS Solothurn beschult gut 1'500 Lernende in der beruflichen Grundbildung. Für die Gewerblich\\-Industrielle Berufsfachschule GIBS Solothurn suchen wir per oder nach Vereinbarung eine/\\-n \\Prorektor/\\-in, 80\\-100%.\\ \\Ihre Verantwortung\\ \* Im Rahmen des BBZ Solothurn\\-Grenchen unterstützen Sie die Rektorin in den Leistungsbereichen der GIBS Solothurn mit den Berufen u.a. in den Bereichen Automobiltechnik, Maschinenbau, Gastronomie, Informatik/Mediamatik und Raumausstattung. Insbesondere unterstützen Sie die pädagogische Leitung und stellen personelle Führung einer Abteilung sicher. \* Sie prüfen und unterstützen, dass der erteilte Unterricht und die erbrachten Leistungen den aktuellen Anforderungen der Bildungspartner/\\-innen entsprechen. \* Die Übernahme von schul\\- und bereichsübergreifende Aufgaben des BBZ Solothurn\\-Grenchen gehört zudem zu Ihrem Wirkungskreis. \* Sie erteilen im Umfang von 6 bis 9 Lektionen Unterricht. \* Als Mitglied der Schulleitung der GIBS Solothurn arbeiten Sie mit der Schulleitung an übergeordneten Themen, Aufgaben und Projekten aktiv mit. \\Ihr Profil\\ \* Sie verfügen über einen Fach\\- oder Hochschulabschluss oder über äquivalente Ausbildungen; Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil. \* Mehrjährige Unterrichtserfahrung auf der Stufe Sek II, fundierte Kenntnisse der Bildungslandschaft sowie aktive Kontakte zur Arbeitswelt zeichnen Sie aus.
