In unserem Team Omnichannel Excellence entwickelst du die Prozessarchitektur weiter und schaffst klare Grundlagen für die Zusammenarbeit. Du verbindest die strategische Ausrichtung mit den Anforderungen aus dem Alltag und machst sichtbar, wie Prozesse, Systeme und Kundenschnittstellen zusammenspielen. Mit dir verbessern wir das Kundenerlebnis und gestalten unsere Abläufe effizienter.

 

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du verantwortest die Prozessarchitektur von PostNetz und entwickelst sie entlang der strategischen Ziele und der Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden weiter.
  • Du entwickelst die Prozesslandkarten zu einer durchgängigen End-to-End-Sicht über alle relevanten internen und externen Schnittstellen von PostNetz weiter.
  • Gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern definierst du Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Entscheidungswege im Prozessmanagement und sorgst dafür, dass diese in der Praxis erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
  • Du analysierst bestehende kanalübergreifende Prozesse und Schnittstellen, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale zwischen den einzelnen Kanälen und setzt Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen und Prozessmanager:innen erfolgreich um.
  • Zudem entwickelst du KPIs und Zielsysteme für zentrale Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Verbesserungen transparent gesteuert und messbar gemacht werden.
  • Als fachliche Ansprechperson bringst du die Prozessperspektive in bereichsübergreifende Vorhaben ein, koordinierst unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen und führst verschiedene Interessen zu tragfähigen Lösungen zusammen.
  • Die Weiterentwicklung und einheitliche Nutzung von ADONIS als zentrales Tool für die Prozessmodellierung und Prozessarchitektur stellst du sicher, etablierst Modellierungsstandards und unterstützt die Anwender:innen bei der erfolgreichen Nutzung im Arbeitsalltag.

 

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prozessarchitektur und im Prozessengineering. Komplexe Prozesslandschaften hast du bereits erfolgreich weiterentwickelt.
  • Du denkst in End-to-End-Prozessen und verstehst das Zusammenspiel von Geschäftsanforderungen, Systemen und Kundenschnittstellen.
  • Darüber hinaus hast du in einer grösseren Organisation eine Prozessgovernance aufgebaut oder weiterentwickelt und nachhaltig in der Praxis verankert.
  • Du kennst die grundlegenden Konzepte der Unternehmensarchitektur und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit TOGAF oder einem vergleichbaren Framework sowie eine entsprechende Zertifizierung mit.
  • Du wendest BPMN 2.0 sicher an, arbeitest routiniert mit ADONIS oder einem vergleichbaren Prozessmanagement-Tool und hast Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen sowie der fachlichen Führung interdisziplinärer Teams.
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut in einer ersten Landessprache und hast gute Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Landessprache.
