Prozessingenieur Produktion (m/w/d) - 100% ##

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Evaluieren, Entwickeln und Optimieren von Produktionsabläufen sowie geeigneter Prüf- und Messverfahren zur Prozessüberwachung (SPC, Funktionsprüfungen, Teilekontrollen)
  • Einrichten und Erstellen von Programmen für Di-Sorter-Anlagen (Mühlbauer)
  • Evaluierung und Einführung geeigneter Prozessparameter zur Vereinzelung und Formgebung von Komponenten mittels Dicing (Disco-Anlagen)
  • Einrichten und Anwenden von Prüfmitteln zur laufenden Prozessüberwachung
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Herstellprozesse mittels Lean Management / KVP

Ihr Profil ##

* Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker oder Mechatroniker (Weiterbildungen im Bereich Lean Management / KVP von Vorteil) * Weiterbildung im Bereich Optik ist wünschenswert * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld mit vergleichbaren Anlagen * Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Maschinenprogrammierung sowie Qualitätssicherung * Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lernbereitschaft * Englischkenntnisse auf Business-Niveau (B1/B2)
