Im Direktionsstab Bereich Governance leisten wir einen zentralen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Stadtspitals. Wir unterstützen die Organisation strategisch und operativ in den Bereichen Prozess-, Qualitäts-, Feedback-, Risiko-, Umwelt- und Dokumentenmanagement und schaffen damit die Grundlage für nachhaltige Qualität, Sicherheit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Triemli suchen wir per 1. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, proaktive und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die unsere Themen mitgestaltet und vorantreibt.

Aufgaben ##

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Prozessmanagementsystems als Voraussetzung und Teilmenge des integrierten Managementsystems.
  • Weiterentwicklung von PzM-Grundsätze/Methodik/Vorgaben und Bereitstellung der notwendigen Instrumente
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die Prozessmodellierungs-Software und technische/r Lösungsverantwortliche/r (first level support)
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Rahmen von Workshops
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche des Stadtspitals zur Analyse und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotential
  • Prozessportfoliomanagement und Berichtswesen auf Unternehmensebene
  • Förderung der Prozessorientierung in den Fachbereichen des Stadtspitals
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen

Profil ##

  • Du verfügst über eine höhere Ausbildung (Uni, FH oder HF) in Prozessmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Optimierung und Steuerung von Prozessen mit.
  • Du hast dich im Prozessmanagement weitergebildet, beispielsweise in BPMN 2.0, Lean Management oder Process Mining.
  • Du denkst analytisch, strukturiert und erkennst Zusammenhänge schnell.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher, moderierst Workshops mit Freude und gehst offen auf Menschen zu.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Daten und Kennzahlen und bereitest Ergebnisse verständlich auf.
  • Du bist eine teamorientierte, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen; Kenntnisse von ADONIS sowie relevanten Standards und Richtlinien sind ein Plus.
