Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Erstellung und Optimierung von NC-Programmen auf modernen Siemens-CNC-Steuerungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Maschinen- und Prozessabnahmen im Werk sowie beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Entwicklung, Erprobung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen
  • Durchführung von Bearbeitungsversuchen und Maschinenvorführungen
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Bedienungsanleitungen und projektspezifischer Unterlagen
  • Schulung von Kunden und Anwendern in der Maschinenbedienung und Programmierung
  • Technische Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Optimierung kundenspezifischer Fertigungsprozesse

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene mechanische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen und Zerspanungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Optimierung von CNC-Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und analytische Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an internationalem Kundenkontakt und technischen Schulungen
  • Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Geschäftsreisen (20%)
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
