Pour contribuer à nos visées inclusives et garantir le bien-être, la santé et la qualité de vie des élèves, nous cherchons pour nos écoles situées dans la région lausannoise et à Cossonay un/e;

Psychologue (H/F/X) CDI 60% à 80 %

Nous vous offrons :

  • La responsabilité du suivi psychique et relationnel des enfants au sein d-une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • La possibilité d-exercer, de manière individuelle ou en groupe, une intervention spécifique auprès des élèves en vue de favoriser leur développement et leur intégration scolaire et sociale.
  • Un travail en partenariat avec les familles et l-ensemble des intervenants.
  • Une participation aux projets institutionnels, notamment ceux liés à l-intégration scolaire.
  • Un cadre de travail adapté aux besoins spécifiques des élèves.
  • Des possibilités de formation et de perfectionnement.
  • Un statut selon la convention collective de travail Social.

Nous vous demandons :

  • D-être en possession du titre de psychologue reconnu au niveau fédéral ou en formation pour l-obtenir (master en psychologie MAS ou DESS serait un atout).
  • Une spécialisation en psychologie clinique et/ou enfants-adolescents.
  • Des connaissances et intérêt pour le TSA en vue d-un accompagnement différencié et adapté, de proposer des outils et stratégies d-intervention aux différents acteurs (élève, famille, équipe, réseau).
  • Une expérience dans les interventions en classe, de préférence auprès d-élèves présentant une déficience intellectuelle.
  • La capacité à travailler en partenariat avec les familles et en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Savoir adapter votre comportement, vos pratiques professionnelles et approches à des situations critiques.
  • Un entregent et aisance rédactionnelle. Sens du travail en réseau.
  • L-utilisation des outils informatiques courants (Word, Excel, Lotus).
