La clinique Wysshölzli est une clinique spécialisée de premier plan en psychiatrie et psychothérapie pour femmes souffrant de troubles liés à la dépendance et de troubles alimentaires. Notre site principal dans l'Oberaargau, canton de Berne, situé dans un endroit calme, séduit par sa nature magnifique et sa proximité avec Berne et Olten.

La clinique offre 37 places de traitement en hospitalisation complète et deux consultations ambulatoires. Les admissions proviennent de tous les cantons de la Suisse alémanique, les patientes sont admises sur rendez-vous.

Nous recherchons pour le 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord une :

Psychologue / Psychothérapeute 60 % ##

Vos tâches ###

  • Par votre travail psychothérapeutique en séances individuelles et de groupe, vous apportez une contribution précieuse et offrez à nos patientes un espace sécurisé pour développer leurs forces.
  • Vous prenez en charge la planification thérapeutique et la gestion des cas. Nos patientes sont souvent hospitalisées chez nous pendant plusieurs mois.
  • Vous êtes en échange intensif avec l'équipe de psychologues. La collaboration interdisciplinaire et l'implication régulière des proches sont pour nous une évidence.
  • Notre travail varié et passionnant est complété par la psychothérapie avec des patientes ambulatoires et la conduite d'entretiens préliminaires pour l'évaluation des indications.
  • Vous documentez l'évolution des maladies et rédigez des rapports.

Votre profil ###

  • Vous avez un grand plaisir à travailler en profondeur en psychothérapie avec principalement de jeunes femmes et leurs proches.
  • Vous disposez d'une formation en psychothérapie achevée ou déjà bien avancée.
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience clinique, de préférence avec des troubles alimentaires ou des troubles liés à la dépendance.
  • Par votre pensée en réseau et vos idées, vous contribuez au développement continu de notre programme thérapeutique.
  • Votre nature ouverte, simple et collégiale correspond à notre équipe dynamique.
  • Vous êtes résiliente et appréciez un travail autonome et interdisciplinaire.
