#yourdailybusiness -Lagerbewirtschaftung - Warenbestellungen und deren Eingangskontrolle - Verwaltung des Warenwirtschaftssystem - Erstellen von Tages-, Monats-, und Quartalsabschlüsse - Durchführung und Kontrolle der Inventur - Erstellen von Statistiken und Monatsrapporten - Abgleich und Kontrolle von Kreditoren und Debitorenkonten - Mitverantwortung für alle Outlets - Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten und Pflege des Kassensystems POS -Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Mitarbeitenden -Unterstützung in den operativen Bereichen

#yourqualifications -Sie verfügen über eine Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder einem Studium an einer anerkannten Hotelfachschule oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einer anderen Branche -Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in dieser Position mit oder suchen den Einstieg in die Administration -Sie haben Gute EDV Kenntnisse und ein Flair für Zahlen -Sie überzeugen durch ein sicheres, freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten und beweisen im Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern, Vorgesetzen, Gästen und Lieferanten Ihre Sozialkompetenz -Sie scheuen nicht, selbst mitanzupacken -Sie tragen gerne Verantwortung und begegnen allen Gesprächspartnern auf Augenhöhe -Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft sind für Sie selbstverständlich -Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und gutes Englisch, idealerweise können Sie sich auch auf Französisch verständigen (jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil)
