Shape the Future of Pharmaceutical Quality with Techfirm Engineering 🇨🇭

Techfirm Engineering is looking for a QA Specialist / QMS associate (m/w/d) to join our Industrial Services team in Switzerland.

The selected consultant will take over activities from a QA professional leaving the organization and will support the Quality function, with a strong focus on GMP documentation review, quality approval, QMS activities, and audit support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and approve quality and GMP documentation.
  • Review and manage: Logbooks, GMP documents, GMP procedures, Deviations
  • Act as a Quality Approver for relevant documentation.
  • Support QMS-related activities and quality processes.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
  • Support audit activities and provide the necessary documentation and follow-up.
  • Support the vendor onboarding process, ensuring that quality and GMP requirements are appropriately addressed.
  • Participate in and support governance meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable GMP requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

  • A first previous experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience within Quality Assurance / Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Experience with GMP documentation review and approval.

PERSONAL SKILLS

Strong attention to detail and quality mindset. Structured and organized approach. Autonomous and proactive working style. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a regulated and collaborative pharmaceutical environment.

LANGUAGES

Fluent English required. German is an advantage.
