Als First-Tier-Supplier unseres renommierten Geschäftspartners, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel und Kaiseraugst, suchen wir per sofort einen motivierten und engagierten Qualifizierungsingenieur im Bereich Drug Suvstances für einen temporären Einsatz von 1 Jahr, mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Das Pharma Engineering  ist auf der Suche nach passenden Kandidat:innen mit Erfahrungen sowohl in der Anlagen-Qualifizierung im Bereich Drug Substance (API Herstellung) wie auch im Bereich der Computer System Validierung (CSV). 

Das Arbeitsumfeld umfasst Prozessanlagen, Medien, Energien, Raumluftkonditionierung wie z.B. Reaktoren, Fermenter, Zentrifugen, Reinwasser, Dampf, Autoklaven, Reinräume wie auch den dazugehörenden Steuerungen und Prozessleitsystemen (CSV).

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten ###

  • Erstellen von Konzepten,  QPP (Qualifizierung Projekt Plan) resp. VMP (Validierungs Master Plan)
  • Erstellen von Qualifizierungs-/Validierungsplänen /-report für alle Phasen gemäß Roche Qualitäts-System
  • Durchführung von Qualifizierungen/Validierungen in allen Phasen gemäß Roche Qualitäts-System
  • Bewertung von technischen Änderungen an Anlagen hinsichtlich Einfluss auf den qualifizierten Zustand und selbstständige Abarbeitung von Requalifizierungsaktivitäten
  • GMP-konforme Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Zusammenfassung der aufgetretenen Abweichungen
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen zu den aufgetretenen Abweichungen
  • Einarbeitung in eine elektronische Qualifizierungs- und Validierungssoftware

Must-Haves ###

  • Abschluss in einem Natur- / Ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und fundierte Erfahrung im Qualifizierungsprozess
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung mit Qualifizierungen/CSV verschiedener Arten von Anlagen/Systemen und Räumen/Medien
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im GMP-Bereich mit vertieftem Verständnis für Qualitätssysteme und dem schlanken Umsetzen von GMP Anforderungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse inder Thematik -Data Integrity-
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
