Das international tätige Familienunternehmen ist ein führender Anbieter industrieller Verbindungstechnik und entwickelt innovative Lösungen für unterschiedliche Anwendungsbereiche. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie unterstützen und begleiten das Produktentwicklungsteam in allen relevanten Qualitätsfragen
  • Die Konzeption, Koordination und Realisierung der Qualitätsplanung während der Produktentwicklung bis zur Einführung serienfähiger Produkte verantworten Sie  
  • Bei Risikoanalysen und FMEAs bringen Sie Ihre Expertise ein, moderieren Design- und Prozess-FMEAs und stellen die fristgerechte Umsetzung der definierten Massnahmen sicher
  • Prüfkonzepte und zugehörige Lastenhefte für Produkte und Prozesse entwickeln und erstellen Sie eigenständig
  • Für einen reibungslosen Serieneinsatz übernehmen Sie die Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme von Prüfmitteln und weisen deren Eignung nach
  • Als beratende Instanz in Qualitätsfragen unterstützen Sie interdisziplinäre Projektteams sowie die Entwicklungsabteilung am Standort

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine technische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Ingenieur HF/FH oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Sie können mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion vorweisen 
  • Know-how in statistischen Methoden sowie in der Risikoanalyse und -Bewertung (FMEA, FPM, DRBFM) zeichnet Sie aus
  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen innerhalb des europäischen Lieferanten- und Produktionsnetzwerks ( 10 %) sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
