Die FIPE AG ist ein international tätiges Schweizer Unternehmen im technisch\-industriellen Umfeld. Zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Managementsystems suchen wir eine engagierte, praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion arbeiten Sie direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung und eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen. Sie erhalten viel Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum, um Qualität, Prozesse, Umwelt und Arbeitssicherheit pragmatisch weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) nach ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Begleitung von Kunden\-, Lieferanten\- und Zertifizierungsaudits
  • Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen sowie Koordination von Ursachenanalysen und Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei Prüfplanung und Prüfkriterien sowie Überwachung von Prüf\- und Messmitteln
  • Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenqualität gemeinsam mit Beschaffung, Produktion und Entwicklung
  • Überwachung relevanter Normen, gesetzlicher und weiterer bindender Anforderungen
  • Führung relevanter IMS\-Kennzahlen, Nachverfolgung von Massnahmen und Vorbereitung der jährlichen Managementbewertung
  • Praxisnahe Schulung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden in Qualitäts\-, Umwelt\- und Sicherheitsthemen
  • Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r (SIBE) sowie Betreuung des Umweltmanagements

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Höhere technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare technische Praxiserfahrung sowie Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige QM\-Erfahrung in einem produzierenden oder technisch\-industriellen Unternehmen, idealerweise in einem KMU
  • Gute praktische Kenntnisse von ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und ISO 45001
  • Erfahrung mit Prüfplanung, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Ursachenanalysen und Methoden wie 8D, 5\-Why, Ishikawa und FMEA
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis für Fertigungs\- und Montageprozesse sowie technische Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Qualifikation als interner Auditor und als SIBE/KOPAS sowie Kenntnisse im Umweltmanagement von Vorteil – alternativ Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikationen zeitnah zu erwerben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\- oder Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
