Ihre Aufgaben - Verantwortung mit Gestaltungsspielraum ##

  • Verantwortung für die Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des Qualitäts- und Managementsystems (ISO 9001) sowie Sicherstellung der normkonformen Dokumentation
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäfts-, Produktions- und Qualitätsprozessen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltigen Verbesserungsmassnahmen (inkl. Objektbesuchen) 
  • Planung, Moderation und Pflege von FMEA sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen für Produkte, Prozesse und Projekte 
  • Betreuung des Lieferantenmanagements inklusive Reklamationsmanagement, 8D-Reports und Erstbemusterungen (EMPB) 
  • Qualitätstechnische Begleitung von Entwicklungs-, Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekten sowie Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse 
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner Audits sowie Unterstützung bei Zertifizierungs-, Kunden- und Lieferantenaudits 
  • Förderung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP) und aktive Mitwirkung an der nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. Qualitätsmanager, Qualitätsfachmann, CAS/DAS Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar) 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens 
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Begleitung von Produkt- und Prozessentwicklungsprojekten 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 sowie Erfahrung mit weiteren Managementsystemen (ISO 14001, ISO 50001 von Vorteil) 
  • Praxis in der Durchführung interner und externer Audits 
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden und -werkzeugen wie FMEA, 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, KVP und Lean Management 
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kompetenz in Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltiger Problemlösung 
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
