Unsere Kundin ist ein dynamisches, international erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen im Raum Winterthur. Um kontinuierlich höchste Qualitätsstandards im Bereich Machining (mechanische Fertigung) sicherzustellen, suchen wir eine engagierte und präzise arbeitende Fachkraft für einen temporären Einsatz.

QualitätsprüferIn (m/w/d) Temporär

Ihre Aufgaben: Präzision und Qualitätssicherung

  • Bedienen und Programmieren von 3D-Koordinaten-Messgeräten
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Kontrollen an verschiedensten anspruchsvollen Maschinen- und Kompressorteilen
  • Erstellung der geforderten Prüfprotokolle inklusive Bewertung der ermittelten Messergebnisse und Ableitung weiterer Schritte
  • Erstellung und systematische Behandlung von Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
  • Messtechnische Unterstützung und Beratung von abteilungsinternen und externen Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil: Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker, Maschinenmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Praxis-Erfahrung in der Messtechnik sowie in der professionellen Qualitätsprüfung
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von 3D-Koordinatenmessgeräten (KMG), Programmierkenntnisse (idealerweise Hexagon) von grossem Vorteil
  • Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit Hallenkranen für schwere Bauteile von bis zu 20 Tonnen
  • Gute und versierte IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office 365, SAP, WAY)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zwingende Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Ein sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein gepaart mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Kontinuierliches Streben nach Verbesserungen und grosse Freude an der aktiven Zusammenarbeit im Team
