Ihre Aufgaben - Verantwortung mit Gestaltungsspielraum ##

  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Qualitätsmeldungen sowie Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen und nachhaltigen Problemlösung 
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Einleitung wirksamer Korrekturmassnahmen 
  • Entgegennahme, Plausibilisierung und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsmeldungen und Reklamationen 
  • Bearbeitung des QM-Postfachs sowie Pflege und Abschluss von Qualitätsfällen im System 
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Sofortmassnahmen bei Qualitätsproblemen in Produktion und Montage 
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsanalysen, Retourenkontrollen und Auswertungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung 
  • Mitarbeit in technischen Projektteams und aktive Unterstützung bei qualitätsrelevanten Themen 
  • Durchführung von Objektbesuchen zur Bewertung und Bearbeitung aktueller Qualitätsfälle 
  • Unterstützung des Shopfloor-Managements sowie Förderung einer nachhaltigen Qualitätskultur 
  • Koordination und Eskalation regionaler Qualitätsprobleme in Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Storenmonteur, Metallbauer, Konstrukteur, Polybauer oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung in der Sonnenschutzbranche
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Produktion, Montage, Technik oder Qualitätsmanagement 
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der Produkte, Prozesse und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Begleitung von Produkt- und Prozessentwicklungsprojekten 
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kompetenz in Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltiger Problemlösung 
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
