Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Übernahme der Rolle als Quality Assurance Vertreter/-in (Design Assurance) in Entwicklungsprojekten für Plattformprodukte und deren Produktvarianten sowie im Rahmen von Life-Cycle-Management-Aktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung einer gesetzeskonformen und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation in Projekten und Prozessen gemäss geltenden Standards, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Kundenvorgaben
  • Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen sowie Initiierung und Vorantreiben nachhaltiger Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachstellen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Teilprojekten zur Optimierung, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Sicherstellung einer transparenten Berichterstattung an die relevanten Stakeholder
  • Durchführung von Untersuchungen, Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten und Anwendung von statistischen Methoden zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
  • Koordination und aktives Mitwirken an der qualitätsbezogenen Kommunikation mit Kunden

Dein Profil ###

  • Technischer Hintergrund, vorzugsweise in Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder Automation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Naturwissenschaften (FH, ETH, Universität) bzw. gleichwertige relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in der MedTech-Branche oder einer vergleichbaren Industrie
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulierten Umgebungen und in der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen, beispielsweise ISO 13485:2016
  • Ausgeprägte methodische Kompetenz sowie strukturierte und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise bei der Problemlösung
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie Erfahrung mit weiteren Tools wie TrackWise, JIRA, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud und KI-basierten Anwendungen
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2)
