Quality Assurance Scientist - Fractionation & Bulk (100%) (m/w/d) - befristet bis 30.09.2028

In dieser Funktion bist du ein wichtiger Quality Partner für unsere Fractionation & Bulk Manufacturing Bereiche und arbeitest eng mit den Produktionsteams direkt am Shop Floor zusammen. Du unterstützt die GMP-konforme Durchführung unserer Herstellprozesse, begleitest Abweichungen und CAPAs und stellst gemeinsam mit deinen Schnittstellen die Qualität und Compliance unserer Prozesse und Dokumentation sicher.

Darüber hinaus übernimmst du QA-Verantwortung im Bereich Batch Record Review, Continuous Process Verification (CPV) und Cleaning Validation und wirkst bei regulatorischen Themen, Audits, Inspektionen und Projekten mit.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du fungierst als Quality Partner on the Floor für unsere Fractionation & Bulk Manufacturing Bereiche und arbeitest eng mit den jeweiligen Produktionsteams zusammen.
  • Du betreust Abweichungen und CAPAs, führst SQUIPP Meetings durch und erstellst die entsprechenden finalen QA Reports.
  • Du erstellst, bearbeitest und schliesst Massnahmen aus Abweichungen ab und trägst damit zur Umsetzung wirksamer Corrective and Preventive Actions sowie zur Reduktion wiederkehrender Abweichungen bei.
  • Du übernimmst das ISA Management für Themen mit Bezug zu Fractionation & Bulk.
  • Du überprüfst und genehmigst GxP-relevante Dokumente innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs und unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Überarbeitung von SOPs.
  • Du stellst einen effizienten und GMP-konformen Batch Record Review Prozess für Fractionation & Bulk unter Berücksichtigung behördlicher Anforderungen, aktueller Industriestandards und interner Vorgaben sicher.
  • Im Bereich Continuous Process Verification (CPV) übernimmst du Review und Approval von CPV-3b-Plänen, Evaluation Boards und Reports inklusive entsprechender Trendanalysen.
  • Im Bereich Cleaning Validation überprüfst und genehmigst du relevante Periodic-Monitoring-Transfer-Dokumente für den Übergang in Phase 3b.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung relevanter nationaler und internationaler regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Qualitätsstandards innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs sicher.
  • Du überprüfst regulatorische Dokumente mit Bezug zu deinem Fachbereich und unterstützt die entsprechende Kommunikation mit Behörden.
  • Du vertrittst deinen Verantwortungsbereich bei Behördeninspektionen und Audits und bringst deine QA-Expertise in die entsprechenden Fragestellungen ein.
  • Du unterstützt die Überwachung relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen (KPIs) und wirkst an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen mit.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte und definierte Projektaktivitäten innerhalb deines Aufgabenbereichs und stellst deren Umsetzung gemäss den vereinbarten Projektzielen sicher.

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einer relevanten naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung wie Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie oder Biochemie.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem cGMP-regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise innerhalb der pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Industrie.
  • Interesse an bzw. erste Erfahrung mit Quality Assurance in einem Produktionsumfeld, insbesondere in Themen wie Abweichungen, CAPAs, GMP-Dokumentation oder Batch Record Review.
  • Interesse an Themen wie Continuous Process Verification, Cleaning Validation und Change Management sowie die Bereitschaft, deine Kenntnisse in diesen Bereichen weiter auszubauen.
  • Gutes Verständnis für wissenschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge sowie die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in Herstellprozesse und regulatorische Anforderungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Compliance-Bewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und weiteren interdisziplinären Schnittstellen.
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Aufgaben und Prioritäten strukturiert zu koordinieren.
