Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Quality Key Account Manager (50%) / ASiB (50%), die unsere Qualitätsprozesse aktiv mitgestaltet, unsere Kunden in Qualitätsthemen kompetent betreut und gleichzeitig die Verantwortung für das Thema Arbeitssicherheit übernimmt

  • Zentraler Kundenansprechpartner für alle Qualitätsthemen und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
  • Koordination von Kundenabnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und Fachbereichen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Koordination von Ursachenanalysen sowie Absicherung nachhaltiger Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards, Prüfprozessen und der Qualitätsdokumentation
  • Betreuung der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes in der Rolle als ASiB
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen, Audits und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen inklusive Ableitung von Massnahmen
  • Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte für Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

 

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister sowie mehrjährige Produktionserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und der operativen Qualitätssicherung sowie technisches Prozessverständnis
  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, besonders bei Reklamationen, Qualitätsfragen und Produktabnahmen
  • Methodenkenntnisse in der Qualitätsarbeit (z. B. 8D, 6S, Ishikawa, FMEA).
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz oder die Bereitschaft dazu
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Pragmatik und Nähe zur Produktion
  • Praxisorientierte Problemlösung direkt an der Anlage und Freude an aktiver Verbesserung
  • Sicheres, verbindliches Kundenauftreten sowie zwingend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
