Quality Management Specialist =================================

Als Teil des engagierten Qualitätsteams in der DACH Region stellen Sie sicher, dass die Prozesse, Produkte und Systeme den geltenden regulatorischen Vorgaben und höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Qualitätsmanagement \& Compliance: QMS\-Pflege und \-Weiterentwicklung, Einhaltung von HACCP\-, ISO\- und FSSC\-Standards, Erstellung und Pflege von SOPs und Qualitätsdokumenten.

* Audits \& Zertifizierungen: Planung, Leitung und Nachverfolgung von Audits, Begleitung von Inspektionen, Zertifizierungsmanagement und CAPA\-Massnahmen.

* Produkt\- \& Anlagenvalidierung: Planung und Durchführung von Validierungen und Qualifizierungen (IQ, OQ, PQ), Erstellung und Freigabe von Validierungsdokumenten und Risikobewertungen.

* Prozessoptimierung: Analyse und Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen, Abweichungs\-, Change\-Control\-, CAPA\- und Risikomanagement.

* Reporting \& Kennzahlen: Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten, KPI\-Analysen und Management\-Reports sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen.

* IT \& Dokumentenmanagement: Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Daten, SAP und SharePoint, Sicherstellung von Datenintegrität und regelkonformer Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Qualitätsmanagement, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

* 3–5 Jahre im Qualitätsmanagement regulierter Industrien sowie Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits, Zertifizierungen und Inspektionen.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in QMS, Validierung und Qualifizierung (IQ/OQ/PQ) sowie im CAPA\-, Abweichungs\-, Risiko\- und Änderungsmanagement.

* Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, SharePoint, MS Office und elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen.

* Fliessende Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.

Nice to haves:

  • Auditorenqualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, GDP, GxP und HACCP
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Produktionsumgebungen
