Missions ###

  • Piloter l-ensemble des activités qualité liées aux projets automobiles, depuis la phase de développement jusqu-à la production en série
  • Définir et déployer la stratégie qualité applicable aux nouveaux projets
  • Construire les processus et les standards qualité nécessaires au développement de la nouvelle activité
  • Identifier les risques qualité dès les premières phases du projet et mettre en œuvre les mesures préventives nécessaires
  • Garantir la traçabilité des décisions, des validations et des actions qualité tout au long du cycle de vie des projets
  • Raduire les exigences spécifiques des clients automobiles en processus, procédures et documents qualité robustes
  • Piloter les démarches d-assurance qualité produit et processus
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités d-homologation et d-approbation selon les référentiels APQP/PPAP ou VDA/PPA
  • S-assurer de la constitution, de la conformité et de la validation des dossiers d-approbation produit et processus
  • Piloter les analyses de risques produit et processus, notamment les démarches DFMEA et PFMEA

Profil ###

  • Vous justifiez d-au moins cinq années d-expérience dans le domaine de la qualité automobile, de l-ingénierie qualité ou de la gestion de projets qualité
  • Vous avez déjà accompagné des projets depuis leur phase de développement jusqu-à leur industrialisation ou leur mise en production
  • Vous maîtrisez les exigences propres aux clients et aux projets automobiles
  • Vous êtes habitué à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et dans un environnement industriel exigeant
  • Une expérience dans la création ou la structuration de processus qualité liés à une nouvelle activité constitue un réel atout
  • Une expérience auprès de constructeurs automobiles, d-équipementiers ou de fournisseurs de rang 1 ou 2 serait particulièrement pertinente
  • Anglais niveau courant obligatoire (C1 minimum)
