Aufgaben Akquisition von Neukunden und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Unternehmen in der Schweiz Aufnahme von offenen Stellen (Vakanzen) bei Kunden und Beratung bei der Personalsuche Aktive Kandidatensuche über verschiedene Kanäle (Jobportale, Social Media, Netzwerk etc.) Führen von Interviews und Qualifizierung von Kandidaten Vorstellung geeigneter Kandidaten bei Unternehmen Verhandlung von Konditionen zwischen Kandidaten und Kunden Begleitung des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss Pflege und Ausbau deines Kunden- und Kandidatennetzwerks Qualifikation Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Telefonverkauf oder in der Kundenakquise Freude am Telefonieren und am Aufbau von neuen Kundenkontakten Biss, Ehrgeiz und Durchhaltevermögen, auch wenn ein Deal nicht sofort zustande kommt Vernetztes Denken und die Fähigkeit, Kandidaten und Unternehmen passend zusammenzubringen Organisationstalent, um mehrere Kandidaten, Kunden und Prozesse gleichzeitig zu koordinieren Problemlösungsfähigkeit â du findest Lösungen, wenn es zwischen Kunde und Kandidat Herausforderungen gibt Selbstständige und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise Wenn du gerne telefonierst, verkaufen kannst und den Ehrgeiz hast, gutes Geld zu verdienen, bringen wir dir alles andere Schritt für Schritt bei.
