Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst bestehende und potenzielle Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch und stellst ihnen unsere Produkte vor.
  • Du führst kompetente und überzeugende Verkaufs\- und Beratungsgespräche.
  • Du begeisterst Kundinnen und Kunden für unsere etablierten Produkte und unterstützt sie bei ihren Anliegen.
  • Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Termine für unseren Aussendienst.
  • Du pflegst Kundendaten sorgfältig und übernimmst verschiedene administrative Aufgaben.
  • Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese nachhaltig.

Deine Einsatzzeiten

Damit wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden optimal erreichen, solltest Du regelmässig zu folgenden Zeiten verfügbar sein:

  • Mindestens 2 Abende pro Woche, jeweils zwischen 17:00 und 20:00
  • 2 Samstage pro Monat, jeweils zwischen 09:00 und 12:00

Welche Abende und Samstage Du arbeitest, kannst Du flexibel selbst bestimmen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Callcenter, Telesales oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit Kundenkontakt wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Sehr gute mündliche Kenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch
  • Kommunikationsstarke, offene und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
  • Freude am Telefonieren und am aktiven Verkauf
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
