Unser engagiertes Team setzt auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung und freut sich darauf, gemeinsam mit dir erfolgreich zu wachsen! Das Praktikum dauert 6 Monate und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln und den Grundstein für eine langfristige Karriere in der Personalberatung zu legen. Aufgaben Akquisition von Neukunden in verschiedenen Branchen wie Bau, Technik und Industrie. Erstellung von Verträgen für Kunden und Mitarbeiter. Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden beim Rekrutierungsprozess von Fachkräften (z.B. Gärtner, Maurer, Zimmermann, Schreiner, Lagerist, Polymechaniker, Produktionsmitarbeiter, Automechaniker). Diverse Backoffice-Tätigkeiten inklusive Rapportierung und Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen. Qualifikation Verhandlungssicherheit und Ãberzeugungskraft. Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und am Telefonieren. Grundausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Technik oder Bau (z.B. als Gärtner, Maurer, Zimmermann, Schreiner, Lagerist, Polymechaniker,Automechaniker uvm.).
