Bei uns in der Geschäftsstelle in Hünenberg suchen wir noch ein weiteres Teammitglied. Momentan sind wir zu viert. Wir sind ein junges, motiviertes Team und haben grosse Ziele. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir täglich daran, Kunden und Kandidaten erfolgreich zusammenzubringen. Aufgaben Akquisition von Neukunden in verschiedenen Branchen Rekrutierung und Vermittlung von Fachkräften Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess Führen von Bewerbungs- und Vorstellungsgesprächen Erstellung von Kandidatenprofilen Betreuung von Kunden und Mitarbeitenden Administrative Arbeiten rund um das Personalgeschäft Qualifikation Sie sind verhandlungssicher und überzeugend Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und am Telefonieren Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine Grundausbildung im Bereich Bau, Handwerk, Technik oder Industrie Unternehmerisches Denken und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sie möchten sich langfristig entwickeln und Verantwortung übernehmen Bei weiteren Fragen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
