Für unseren Kunden suchen wir motivierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeiten, die den Einstieg in den Telekommunikationsbereich suchen. Auch ohne Verkaufserfahrung oder Ausbildung in der Branche erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, sich umfassend einzuarbeiten und Ihre Freude am Kundenkontakt mit Ihrem Interesse an moderner Technik zu verbinden.

Quereinsteiger Telekom Verkauf (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden zu Mobilfunk, Smartphones, Zubehör und digitalen Produkten
  • Erkennen der Kundenbedürfnisse und Aufzeigen geeigneter Lösungen
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei Gerätewechseln, Inbetriebnahmen und weiteren Serviceanliegen
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zu digitalen Produkten und deren Anwendung
  • Pflege und ansprechende Gestaltung der Verkaufsfläche
  • Unterstützung bei Warenbewirtschaftung und Inventuren
  • Erledigung verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team im Verkaufs- und Servicealltag

Ihr Profil ###

  • Berufserfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Verkauf oder Dienstleistungsbereich von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Interesse an Smartphones, Technik und digitalen Produkten
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt und an der Beratung
  • Offene, kommunikative und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich neues Fachwissen anzueignen
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität für Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten
