Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führen und Protokollieren von eingehenden Telefongesprächen im administrativen Bereich inkl. Rechnungsanfragen.
  • Bearbeitung und Entgegennahme im 1st\-Level\-Support von Störungen.
  • Beratung und Verkauf auf dedizierter Inbound Hotline
  • Kundenorientierte, freundliche Produkt\- und Dienstleistungsberatung

Ihr Profil:

  • Gute PC\-Kenntnisse, fortgeschrittene EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Gutes Telekommunikationsverständnis und gute Kommunikation
  • Verkaufs\- und Beratungsaffinität
  • Sprachgewandt, motiviert, technisch versiert, flexibel und zuverlässig
  • Verfügbarkeit zu 100% während der Schulungsdauer von 7 Wochen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit Mo\-Sa zwischen 08:00\-20:00
  • Die Rahmenkonditionen für die Teilzeitmitarbeiter (mit 80\-100% Pensum) bleiben gleich: 5 Tage pro Woche, Arbeitstage: Montag – Samstag
  • Mündlich wie schriftlich fliessendes Deutsch, Schweizerdeutsch Verständnis, Englisch, ösisch und Italienisch von Vorteil.
