Ihre Hauptaufgaben • Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste • Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung, Kontrolle und Pflege von Reservationen • Arbeitszeiten im Spät- und Tagesdienst (09.00–18.00 Uhr bzw.13.00–22.00 Uhr) • Selbstständige Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out • Kompetente Beratung und Begleitung unserer Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen sowie professioneller Umgang mit Reklamationen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hauses

Was Sie mitbringen • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an der Réception • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten • Freude am Gästekontakt und an einem lebhaften Hotelbetrieb • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Abenden, Wochenenden und Feiertagen
