Willkommen im Herzen der Zürcher Altstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Paradeplatzes bietet das 4\*Superior Boutique-Hotel St. Peter einen zentralen Arbeitsort. Reisende aus aller Welt übernachten hier in den gemütlichen Zimmern, verweilen in der grün-bewachsenen Lobby-Lounge oder entdecken von hier aus die schönsten Orte der Nachbarschaft. Mit modernem Design und hochwertiger Ausstattung begeistert das Hotel, das direkt unter der bekannten St. Peter-Kirche. Unser Team kümmert sich um einmalige Erlebnisse und unvergessliche Aufenthalte.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Réceptionist:in per 01.Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest an 5 Tagen pro Woche zwischen Montag und Sonntag im Früh-, Mittel- oder Spätdienst. Dabei bist du teilweise auch in unserem 4\*-Superior Boutique-Hotel Seidenhof tätig.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: ------------------

  • Sicherstellung des Ablaufs an der Réception
  • Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung der Hotelgäste
  • Bearbeitung und Erfüllung der Gästewünsche
  • Check-in und Check-out der Hotelgäste
  • Bedienung der Telefon- und Informationszentrale
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Reservationen
  • Durchführung eines professionellen Reklamationsmanagements
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Tagesabschlüssen
  • Pflegen der Buchungskanäle
  • Erledigung von verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der \<\<Sorell Standards\>\>, Hygiene- sowie Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien

Dein Erfolgsrezept: -------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie EFZ oder abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule
  • Erfahrung an einer Hotel-Réception
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Deutsche Muttersprache
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Zielorientierung und Lernbereitschaft
  • Begeisterte Verkaufspersönlichkeit
  • Leidenschaftliche:r Gastgeber:in
