L'Association Innovaud a pour but de promouvoir l'économie du Canton de Vaud, accompagnant les entreprises étrangères innovantes qui souhaitent s'y installer, ainsi que le tissu économique vaudois de startups et PME dans leur développement. Nous travaillons en partenariat avec les organismes de soutien à l'innovation régionaux et nationaux, ainsi qu'avec les réseaux des représentants de la Suisse à l'étranger.

Afin de renforcer son équipe d'accueil, Innovaud cherche dans les meilleurs délais son-sa réceptionniste/employé-e de bureau

Vos missions:

* Accueil et l-orientation des visiteurs et interlocuteurs

* Gestion des appels en français et en anglais

* Traitement, tri et distribution aux collaborateurs concernés des courriers et courriels entrants

* Gestion et réapprovisionnement des fournitures et besoins courants du bureau et des espaces communs

* Soutien aux services généraux et au bon fonctionnement quotidien des locaux

* Organisation des réunions et manifestations internes (support préparation et support rangement des salles de conférence, catering, accueil des invités, etc.)

* Diverses tâches administratives

* Travail en présentiel uniquement (lundi - mardi - mercredi)

Profil recherché:

* Vous possédez un CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou une formation jugée équivalente

* Vous avez une expérience préalable de 15 ans minimum dans un poste similaire après CFC

* Vous maîtrisez le français tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, écrivez et parlez couramment anglais (B2 minimum)

* Organisé·e, autonome et polyvalent·e, vous faites preuve d'entregent et avez le sens des priorités

* Vous avez le sens du service, l'aisance relationnelle et soigner votre présentation

* Vous faites preuve d-autonomie et d'esprit d-équipe

* Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels

* Votre lieu d'habitation se trouve dans le district de Lausanne
