BYD est une marque technologique de pointe, encore très peu représentée en Suisse, synonyme d'innovation, de design et de mobilité durable, et nous cherchons la personne qui saura accueillir nos clients.

Mission principale

En qualité de Réceptionniste / Hôte-sse d'accueil, vous êtes le premier point de contact et l'image de la marque et de l'entreprise.

Vous assurez un accueil professionnel et chaleureux et vous contribuez à la satisfaction de nos clients. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir une expérience client fluide et qualitative au sein de notre concession.

Vos missions

  • Accueillir les clients, répondre à leurs demandes et les orienter vers le collaborateur ou le service concerné
  • Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et gérer la centrale téléphonique
  • Veiller au confort des clients présents dans le lounge / espace d'accueil
  • Maintenir un espace d'accueil ordonné et irréprochable
  • Réaliser des enquêtes de satisfaction auprès de la clientèle des différentes concessions du Groupe
  • Assurer certaines tâches administratives liées à la vente de véhicules
  • Soutenir les conseillers de vente lors des livraisons de véhicules

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes disposé-e à travailler tous les samedis (avec un autre jour de congé dans la semaine)
  • Vous avez un réel intérêt pour l'accueil et la relation client
  • Formation commerciale (AFP, CFC ou équivalent)
  • Une première expérience à la réception et/ou dans l'administration des ventes, idéalement dans le secteur automobile ou dans l'hôtellerie.
  • Vous êtes souriant-e, dynamique et à l'aise dans les contacts humains, avec une excellente présentation
  • Vous êtes orienté-e service et satisfaction client
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les tâches administratives
  • Intérêt pour le domaine de l'automobile
  • Français parfaitement maîtrisé (oral et écrit) et aisance en anglais à l'accueil ou au téléphone ; une autre langue est un atout (allemand, portugais, italien, etc.)
  • Personne organisée, fiable, intègre et motivée
  • Permis de conduire valable
  • Domicilié-e dans la région
