Pour son secteur administratif, le Pôle Santé du Pays\-d’Enhaut recherche un·e :

Réceptionniste hospitalier·ère Taux d’activité 40 à 60% , dès le ou à convenir

Votre mission :

  • Accueillir et orienter les patients, les visiteurs et les différents interlocuteurs de l’hôpital
  • Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers patients, notamment lors des entrées et des sorties
  • Assurer le tri et la gestion du courrier
  • Gestion de l'agenda du service de physiothérapie
  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques ainsi que les différentes boîtes e\-mail du service
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents services du Pôle Santé
  • Assurer les différentes tâches administratives inhérentes au bon fonctionnement du Service Accueil et Admission

Votre profil :

  • CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent, avec une expérience dans le domaine de la santé
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance du système Opale constitue un atout
  • Intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la santé et le contact avec les patients
  • Polyvalence, flexibilité, esprit d’initiative et autonomie
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et rigueur dans le travail
  • Bonne résistance au stress et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires irréguliers, avec un taux d’activité lissé sur l’année (y compris les week\-ends et jours fériés)
  • Connaissances de l’allemand et/ou de l’anglais
