The posting

L’hôtel Ibis à Thielle, franchise du groupe Accor, est un deux étoiles supérieur à 5 minutes de Neuchâtel et à 20 minutes de Berne. L’hôtel est situé proche de l’autoroute entre Neuchâtel et Bienne. Il est composé de 60 chambres, une terrasse, un bar et deux salles de réunion. L’hôtel Ibis propose à sa clientèle tout l’équipement nécessaire au bon déroulement de son séjour. Afin de compléter notre équipe du Front Office, nous recherchons un(e) :

Réceptionniste tournant Welcomer à 100% (disponibilité pour travailler avec des horaires décalés la semaine comme le week-end)

Vos missions principales : • Accueillir les clients et assurer le suivi de leur séjour (check-in / check-out) • Garantir un excellent niveau de service et la satisfaction de la clientèle • Gérer les appels téléphoniques et répondre aux demandes d’informations • Effectuer les réservations et leur suivi • Assurer les tâches administratives liées à la réception • Anticiper les besoins des clients et y répondre de manière proactive • Transmettre les informations importantes aux différents services de l’hôtel • Conseiller les clients afin de contribuer à un séjour de qualité • Participer activement à la fidélisation de la clientèle

Polyvalence – autres missions : • Service du petit-déjeuner • Service de restauration rapide • Service au bar • Débarrassage et maintien de la propreté des espaces

Profil recherché : • Excellente présentation et sens aigu du service client • Forte orientation vers la satisfaction client et l’excellence de la qualité de service • Français langue maternelle et anglais courant indispensables • La maîtrise de l’allemand constitue un atout supplémentaire • Expérience hôtelière exigée dans une fonction similaire en réception • Bonne maîtrise du logiciel OPERA • Grande discrétion et respect strict de la confidentialité • Excellent sens de l’organisation, autonomie et polyvalence • Établissement difficilement accessible en transports publics : véhicule personnel et permis de conduire indispensables
