The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients, une manufacture horlogère de renom basée dans les Montagnes Neuchâteloises, nous recherchons un Régleur CNC (H/F) afin de renforcer ses équipes de production.

Régleur CNC en équipe 2x8 (H/F)

Vos responsabilités :

  • Réaliser les réglages et les mises en train sur centres d'usinage Bumotec S1000
  • Assurer le lancement, le suivi et l'optimisation de la production de maillons et fermoirs horlogers
  • Effectuer les changements d'outils et les corrections de cotes nécessaires en cours de fabrication
  • Veiller au respect des exigences qualité et de productivité
  • Réaliser les contrôles visuels et dimensionnels à l'aide des moyens de mesure usuels
  • Identifier les dérives de production et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives appropriées
  • Participer à la maintenance de premier niveau et au bon état des équipements
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication

Votre profil :

  • CFC de mécanicien de production, polymécanicien ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée de minimum 3 ans dans le réglage de machines CNC
  • Solide expérience sur Bumotec S1000 ou sur centres d'usinage CNC multiaxes dédiés à la production horlogère
  • Bonne maîtrise des commandes Fanuc et de la programmation ISO
  • Excellentes connaissances des outils de coupe et des conditions d'usinage
  • Maîtrise des instruments de contrôle dimensionnel
  • Sens aigu de la qualité, de la précision et du détail
  • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et organisée
  • Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant
