Vos principales tâches ##

  • Préparer et régler les machines de moulage par injection, y compris le changement d'outils, ainsi que vérifier la machine, l'outil et les accessoires avant le début de la production
  • Préparer et changer correctement les matériaux en tenant compte de la préparation des matériaux prescrite et de la traçabilité
  • Régler la machine et la périphérie, lancer le processus de production et surveiller le processus et la qualité des pièces
  • Effectuer les contrôles de démarrage, de première pièce et continus nécessaires et documenter les résultats
  • Identifier, analyser et éliminer les perturbations et erreurs typiques du processus de moulage par injection
  • Prendre les mesures appropriées en cas d'écarts de qualité ou de sécurité et informer les services compétents
  • Nettoyer et entretenir les machines, outils et postes de travail ainsi que signaler l'usure, les dommages et les besoins de maintenance
  • Tenir la documentation de production et qualité requise et assurer un passage de relais structuré entre les équipes
  • Respecter les prescriptions de qualité et de sécurité au travail

Votre profil ##

  • Formation technique ou dans le domaine de la transformation des plastiques ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience pratique dans le changement d'outils, la conduite de machines et le processus de moulage par injection
  • Bonnes connaissances en analyse et résolution de défauts ainsi qu'en manipulation des plastiques, matériaux et périphériques
  • Maîtrise des moyens de contrôle et des exigences pertinentes en matière d'assurance qualité et de traçabilité
  • Conscience de l'importance de la sécurité au travail, de la qualité et de la stabilité des processus
  • Expérience dans la production en série automobile est un atout
  • Disponibilité pour le travail en équipes
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand
