Définition Générale Le régleur de production est capable d’effectuer la configuration, le réglage complet et l'optimisation des équipements d’usinage de l'atelier. Il assure et supervise la production tout en respectant la haute précision horlogère, la qualité et les délais. Il garantit le support technique de l'équipe, assure la conformité des pièces et participe à l’entretien du parc machines de l’entreprise. Missions Principales

Production & Réglage • Effectuer le réglage complet des équipements de l'atelier : centres de fraisage Fanuc Robodrill, centre de fraisage Tsugami et centres de tournage-fraisage Nakamura. • Préparer et monter les outils, ajuster les moyens de serrage et charger les programmes d’usinage (Commandes Fanuc). • Réaliser la mise en train et valider rigoureusement la conformité de la première pièce type avant le lancement de la série. • Garantir la qualité du produit (dimensionnelle et visuelle) tout au long de la production. • Prendre la responsabilité technique de la production réalisée par les Opérateurs de production de l'atelier. • Suivre les priorités communiquées par son responsable et optimiser l'utilisation des ordres de fabrication (OF). • Diagnostiquer les dérives, remplacer les outils usés, ajuster les correcteurs et optimiser les temps de cycles.

Santé, Sécurité et Environnement • Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité dans l’utilisation des machines et la manipulation des substances (huiles, lubrifiants, …). • Récupérer les matières (métaux précieux, laiton, acier), trier et éliminer les déchets et copeaux selon les normes environnementales en vigueur.

Organisation du Travail • Organiser le travail de l'atelier selon les plannings, les priorités et la disponibilité des machines. • Rapporter les difficultés rencontrées, trouver des solutions techniques pour résoudre les points bloquants et valider leur mise en application auprès de son responsable. • Proposer des améliorations continues afin d’optimiser la performance et l'efficience du travail de l’équipe. • Être organisé pour avoir un poste de travail propre lors de son utilisation et transmettre des consignes de réglage claires et strictes à ses collègues. • Assurer le suivi et le rangement hebdomadaire des équipements de contrôle et de métrologie. • Être strict et rigoureux sur le suivi, la traçabilité des métaux précieux et la validation des OF.

Polyvalence & Maintenance • Participer selon les besoins de l’entreprise aux opérations de lavage, terminaison, gravage ou assemblage au regard de ses compétences et en accord avec son responsable. • Effectuer l’entretien et la maintenance préventive et curative de premier niveau des différentes machines de l'atelier (Robodrill, Tsugami, Nakamura).

Profil Requis - Formation • Formation : CFC de Décolleteur, Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien ou titre jugé équivalent. • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum d'expérience sur un poste de régleur sur machines similaires (fraisage et décolletage).

• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avérée de la lecture de plans complexes, de la métrologie de précision et des commandes de type Fanuc.

• Aptitudes : Bonne capacité d’adaptation, esprit d'analyse aiguisé, autonomie et rigueur face aux exigences de la haute horlogerie.
