Pour notre client, une entreprise industrielle basée à Delémont et spécialisée dans la fabrication de composants de haute précision, nous recherchons plusieurs :

RÉGLEURS À LA REPRISE H/F Horaire Journée \- 2x8 \- Nuit \- VSD

Tâches \& Responsabilit\és :

Assurer le réglage, la mise en train et le suivi des machines de reprise selon les gammes de fabrication. Effectuer les changements de série et les réglages nécessaires au respect des tolérances. Réaliser les contrôles dimensionnels en cours de production et procéder aux corrections requises. Garantir la qualité et la conformité des pièces produites tout au long de la série. Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau et l'entretien courant des équipements. Documenter la production et assurer la traçabilité des lots. Collaborer avec les services qualité, méthodes et maintenance pour l'amélioration continue des processus.

Profil :

CFC de polymécanicien, micromécanicien, mécanicien de production ou formation jugée équivalente. Expérience confirmée dans le réglage de machines de reprise en environnement industriel Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques et des instruments de mesure. Connaissances des outils coupants et des paramètres d'usinage. Sens de la rigueur, de la minutie et bonne capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Disponibilité pour le travail en horaire d'équipe \= 2x8 \- Nuit \- VSD Maîtrise du français
