EN QUOI CONSISTE LE JOB ?

Assurer l'accueil et l'animation commerciale d'un point de vente GRÜEZI Phone Solutions de façon autonome tout en faisant preuve d'empathie. Diagnostiquer les problèmes de fonctionnement des appareils mobiles et identifier les pièces défectueuses ou endommagées. Communiquer avec les clients pour leur expliquer les réparations nécessaires et leur donner des estimations de coûts et de délais. Réparer ou remplacer les pièces défectueuses ou endommagées, y compris les écrans, les batteries, les ports de chargement et les boutons. Effectuer des mises à jour de logiciels et de "firmware" pour assurer la compatibilité avec les dernières versions des systèmes d'exploitation mobiles. Promouvoir les services et accessoires proposés sur les points de vente. Tenir à jour les dossiers de réparation et les bases de données du stock. PROFIL IDEAL De solides connaissances des technologies mobiles et des systèmes d'exploitation, notamment iOS et Android ou un intérêt marqué, en autodidacte, pour le domaine des smartphones d'un point de vue technique.

Une expérience pratique de la réparation de smartphones et de tablettes ou tout autre expérience dans un secteur en rapport direct avec de la clientèle (min. deux ans). Dans le second cas une furieuse envie d'apprendre. De bonnes compétences en diagnostic et en résolution de problèmes. Un sens affûté en matière de communication et en service à la clientèle. Une capacité à travailler de manière indépendante dans le respect des délais et des conditions communiqués aux clients. De bonnes connaissances du français (parlé et écrit). La maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels. Ces 4 qualités sont indispensables également : la motivation, la rigueur, l'honnêteté et surtout la bonne humeur. ET AUSSI POURQUOI PAS... Si tu es issu.e d'un métier "technique" et que tu as envie depuis longtemps de t'orienter vers le métier de la réparation d'appareils mobiles !?
