Die railCare AG ist eine Tochtergesellschaft von Coop und beschäftigt rund 600 Mitarbeitende an 14 Standorten. Pensum 80\\-100% Vertrag unbefristet \\Stellenantritt\\ per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung \\Aufgaben\\ \* Fachliche Führung der zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden (inkl. Briefings und Einsatzplanung) sowie reibungslose Überführung der Planungsvorgaben in das dynamische Tagesgeschäft. \* Abfertigung der ein\\- und ausfahrenden Züge, Organisation und Steuerung von Rangiermanövern (inkl.
