Der Grosse Stadtrat ist die gesetzgebende und damit die oberste Behörde (Legislative) in der Stadt Schaffhausen. Das Sekretariat des Grossen Stadtrates ist zusammen mit der Stadtratsweibelin für alle administrative Belange des Grossen Stadtrates zuständig und verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Rats\\- und Kommissionssitzungen und deren Protokollierung. \\Politische Themen begeistern dich\\? Eintrittstermin: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Ratssekretärin/Ratssekretär \\In diesem spannenden Job\\ \* unterstützt du das Präsidium des Grossen Stadtrates bei seinen Aufgaben und übernimmst vielfältige Sekretariatsaufgaben. \* organisierst du selbständig Sitzungen und Anlässe, erstellst Protokolle und rechnest Sitzungsgelder ab. \* bist du eine wertvolle Ansprechperson für die Fragen und Anliegen der Ratsmitglieder. \* arbeitest du mit deiner Teamkollegin im Tandem eng zusammen. Ihr stimmt euch gegenseitig ab, teilt euch die Aufgaben und vertretet euch bei Abwesenheiten. \\Du bist hier erfolgreich\\ \* weil du eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ abgeschlossen hast und die deutsche Sprache gewandt anwenden kannst. \* wenn dich politische Themen und Abläufe begeistern und du Berufserfahrung auf diesem Gebiet mitbringst. \* da digitale Tools für dich eher Spielplatz als Stolperstein sind.
