In dieser spannenden Position begleiten Sie die Entwicklung der Berner Gemeinden und Regionen im Siedlungs- und Landschaftsraum. Sie arbeiten eng mit kommunalen und regionalen Planungsbehörden zusammen, stützen sich auf Richtpläne und Gesetze und etablieren vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften. Ein engagiertes interdisziplinäres Team aus den Bereichen Raumplanung und Rechtswissenschaften erwartet Sie in Nidau und Bern.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Nutzungs- und Sondernutzungsplanungen (Pläne und Reglemente) sowie Richtplanungen vorprüfen * Bei der Genehmigung von Planungen inkl. Beschwerdeverfahren mitarbeiten * Amts- und Fachberichte verfassen * Gemeinden und Regionen bei raumplanerischen Anliegen beraten * In interdisziplinären Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen mitarbeiten

**Ihr Profil**

* Hochschulabschluss in Raum- oder Stadtplanung, Geografie, Architektur, Landschaftsarchitektur oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin * Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Raumplanung, gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen * Erfahrung als Projektleiter/-in mit analytischen und konzeptuellen Fähigkeiten * Ziel- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, grosses Interesse für interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in einem zweisprachigen Umfeld, Durchsetzungsvermögen * Sprachkenntnisse: Französisch in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher (C2-C1) / Deutsch gute Kenntnisse (B2)

Das Amt für Gemeinden und Raumordnung des Kantons Bern (AGR) engagiert sich als kantonale Aufsichts- und Genehmigungsbehörde für eine nachhaltige Raum- und Gemeindeentwicklung zugunsten von Bevölkerung und Wirtschaft. Wir beschäftigen uns mit Fragen der Raumplanung und Raumentwicklung auf kommunaler, regionaler und kantonaler Ebene, prüfen und genehmigen Planungen von Gemeinden und Regionen und beurteilen Bauvorhaben ausserhalb der Bauzonen. Wir beaufsichtigen die Gemeindefinanzen, prüfen und genehmigen kommunale Erlasse und beraten Gemeinden in gemeinderechtlichen Fragen sowie bei Reformen und Fusionen.
