Real Estate Asset Portfolio Manager (all genders) =================================================

  • Verantwortung für die Führung und die betriebswirtschaftlichen Resultate des zugeteilten Immobilien\-Portfolios von Wohn\- und Geschäftsliegenschaften.
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Realisierung des Entwicklungspotenzials im Rahmen komplexer Sanierungen, grossflächiger Bauvorhaben und Ersatzneubauten.
  • Optimierung der Performance des zugewiesenen Portfolios durch Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien auf Asset\-Ebene.
  • Erarbeiten und Umsetzen der erarbeiteten Objektstrategien einschliesslich Finanzplanung, Marketing\- und Vermietungsaktivitäten, Steuern der Bewirtschaftungsfirmen und andere externe Dienstleister.
  • Optimierung und Überwachung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Resultate auf Liegenschaftsebene (Budgets, Einnahmen, Betriebskosten, Investitionsausgaben und Bewertungen) in Zusammenarbeit mit den externen Immobilienverwaltern und Bewertern.
  • Beobachtung des regionalen Immobilienmarktes und Erkennung von ganzheitlichen Chancen und Risiken zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Liegenschaftenperformance.
  • Unterstützung bei Immobilientransaktionen und Festlegen deren Objektstrategien.
  • Bewertung von Liegenschaften.
  • Vorbereitung, Verhandlungsführung und Abschluss von relevanten Geschäftsmietverträgen.
  • Entwicklung von neuen Business Ideen im Bereich Real Assets.
  • Implementierung der Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen auf Liegenschaftsebene.
  • Unterstützung im internationalen Berichtswesen.

Ausbildung:

* Hochschulabschluss in Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, oder ähnlich und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich.

Erfahrungen:

* Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Asset\- oder Investment Manager, ImmobilienberaterIn, MieterrepräsentantIn, oder Real Estate Manager, idealerweise mit Know\-how in Wohnliegenschaften \- und Geschäftsliegenschaften.

Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen:

  • Unternehmerisch denkende und ergebnisorientierte Person, die Herausforderungen positiv angeht und mit kreativem Geist autonom Lösungen erarbeitet und diese überzeugend vertritt, sowie messbare, datengestützte Ergebnisse durch Zusammenarbeit erzielt.
  • Sicheres, vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten mit Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Zusammenfassung komplexer Sachverhalte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von konventionellen und finanztechnischen Bewertungsmethoden (DCF).
  • Solide und praxisbezogene Rechtskenntnisse.
  • Fähigkeit im Team und in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten.

Sprachkenntnisse:

* Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse. Kenntnisse in ösisch sind von Vorteil.
