Deine Aufgaben Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und sorgst mit deiner herzlichen Art für einen entspannten und professionellen Check-In und Check-Out. Du berätst und betreust unsere Gäste bei Fragen, Wünschen und Anliegen – von Restauranttipps bis zu Ausflugsideen in der Region. Du nimmst Telefonanrufe entgegen und kümmerst dich kompetent um Anfragen unserer Gäste. Du bearbeitest Reservierungen, erstellst Offerten und versendest Bestätigungen nach Vorlage. Du arbeitest eng mit allen Abteilungen im Haus zusammen und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und ein rundum gelungenes Gästeerlebnis. Dein Profil Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Gästeempfang mit – motivierte Quereinsteiger sind bei uns ebenfalls herzlich willkommen! Eine herzliche, authentische Persönlichkeit, die Gäste und Arbeitskollegen gleichermassen begeistert. Gastgeberqualitäten: Du hörst zu, erkennst Bedürfnisse und sorgst dafür, dass sich alle rundum wohlfühlen. Sprachgewandt: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
