Die Conrad’s Mountain Lodge ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für alpine Abenteuer im Engadin. Moderne Architektur mit viel Holz und Stein prägen das Erscheinungsbild. Der Betrieb verfügt über 25 Hotelzimmer, einen SPA Bereich und dem Restaurant HÜGO Stüva. Für die Wintersaison suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Front Office Team eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit. Ihr Fokus: • Empfang/Betreuung von unseren Gästen • Check-In, Check-Out und Inkasso bei Abreise der Gäste • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservationen über die verschiedenen Buchungskanäle (EMail, Telefon, Website, Booking.com, Expedia etc.) • Telefonische und schriftliche Gästebetreuung • Erstellen der Kreditkartenabrechnungen • Sämtliche administrativen Arbeiten des Receptionswesen • Marketing Kenntnisse erwünscht Ihr Profil: • Gastgeber/in aus Leidenschaft mit Unternehmergeist und Charme • Abgeschlossene KV- Lehre und gleichwertige Berufserfahrung • Auge für Details und sehr genaues Arbeiten • Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Italienisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil • Natürliches und sicheres Auftreten • Flexibler Teamplayer Wir bieten • Ein kleines, service-orientiertes Team • Eine Verlängerung der Anstellung für weitere Saisons/ Jahrestelle ist möglich
