Situé au cœur de la station de Haute-Nendaz et du Domaine skiable des 4 Vallées, l’Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées & SPA, superbe hôtel 4* supérieur, se distingue par son style valaisan contemporain chic, son atmosphère authentique et son SPA exceptionnel de 2'200 m2.

Il s’adresse aux épicuriens de tous horizons. Fins gourmets, sportifs, amoureux de la nature et du bien-être, chacun y trouve de quoi se délecter… sans oublier un accueil chaleureux et un confort raffiné.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons :

UN RÉCEPTIONNISTE SPA H/F CDD HORAIRE 60-100% du 01.11.2026 au 15.07.2027

Votre profil :

  • CFC hôtellerie
  • Diplôme Ecole Hôtelière
  • Expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine
  • Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais

Vos tâches :

  • Accueillir et suivre le client ;
  • Prendre et contrôler les réservations ;
  • Suivre la correspondance clients (offres, confirmations, etc.) ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des produits, des prix et de l’environnement de l’Hôtel ;
  • Traiter les plaintes et prévenir la Direction ;
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives sur demande de la Direction ;
  • Gérer les fonds de caisse et passages de caisse ;
  • Fidéliser la clientèle ;
  • Assurer une communication inter-départements ;
  • Favoriser les ventes directes, suivi de la vitrine de vente ;
  • Effectuer des rondes dans le SPA (propreté, calme, sécurité) ;
  • Effectuer les nettoyages après la fermeture journalière ;
  • Ouverture journalière des différents espaces ;
  • Créer et gérer la disponibilité des collaborateurs dans TAC ;
  • Afficher les horaires pour les collaborateurs.
