Physiothérapeute diplôme(e) à 60-80% Nexus Thérapies est un cabinet pluridisciplinaire situé à Matran, ouvert depuis bientôt une année. Nous sommes une petite équipe dynamique et passionnée composée de 4 physiothérapeutes et de deux ostéopathes. Nous aimons travailler dans une ambiance à la fois professionnelle, simple et conviviale.

Dans le cadre d-un congé maternité, nous recherchons un·e physiothérapeute à 60-80 % pour un remplacement dès début janvier 2027 jusqu-à fin juin 2027, avec la possibilité d-une collaboration à plus long terme par la suite, selon les envies et les besoins de chacun.

Ce que nous proposons:

  • Une patientèle de physiothérapie générale déjà existante, à reprendre dès le début du remplacement.
  • Une activité en pédiatrie, selon votre niveau de formation et d-expérience. Nous sommes tout à fait ouverts à accueillir un·e physiothérapeute qui n-a pas encore de formation spécifique en pédiatrie, mais qui souhaite découvrir ce domaine et se former progressivement.
  • Une équipe disponible et bienveillante, avec des collègues avec qui il est facile d-échanger autour des différents cas.
  • Des colloques internes et moments de formation, favorisant les échanges et le développement des compétences.
  • Un cabinet récent, bien équipé et pensé pour permettre une prise en charge variée.
  • Une ambiance familiale et décontractée, tout en gardant un fonctionnement professionnel.
  • Des horaires à discuter ensemble afin de trouver une organisation qui convienne à chacun.
  • Une rémunération à définir selon l-expérience et le taux d-activité.
  • En cas de poursuite de la collaboration au-delà du remplacement, la possibilité de bénéficier d'un budget de formation et de développer davantage ses domaines de compétences.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Nous recherchons un·e physiothérapeute diplômé·e, avec :

  • Une reconnaissance de diplôme par la Croix-Rouge suisse.
  • Un intérêt pour la physiothérapie générale.
  • Un intérêt pour la pédiatrie, avec l-envie d-apprendre et de se former dans ce domaine
  • De l-autonomie dans la prise en charge des patients, tout en appréciant le travail en équipe et les échanges avec les collègues.
  • De la curiosité, de la bienveillance et une envie de s-investir dans la vie d-un petit cabinet.
