Rechtsanwältin oder Rechtsanwalt (80\-100%) Als Schweizerischer Bankenombudsman agieren wir im Team als neutrale und unabhängige Informations\- und Vermittlungsstelle bei Streitigkeiten zwischen Banken und ihren Kundinnen und Kunden. Zudem sind wir die Anlaufstelle für die Suche nach nachrichtenlosen Vermögen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Sie als Rechtsanwältin oder Rechtsanwalt 80\-100% In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bearbeiten Sie anspruchsvolle Streitigkeiten zwischen Banken und ihren Kundinnen und Kunden, juristisch fundiert und neutral. Die Themen von Betrugsfällen über den internationalen Zahlungsverkehr bis zu Anlagegeschäften und Hypotheken. Sie analysieren komplexe Sachverhalte, entwickeln tragfähige Vermittlungsvorschläge und vertreten diese gegenüber Banken wie gegenüber in\- und ausländischen Kunden und deren Rechtsvertretern, mündlich und schriftlich, adressatengerecht und mit Blick für das Wesentliche. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium und Anwaltspatent. Berufserfahrung im zivilrechtlichen Bereich sowie Erfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse am Bankgeschäft. Rasche Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, auch bei der Einarbeitung in neue Rechtsgebiete. Sorgfältige, effiziente und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Deutsch\- oder ösischkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse. Italienisch von Vorteil. Interesse an neuen Technologien und Offenheit, KI\-gestützte Arbeitsweisen in der juristischen Praxis mitzuentwickeln.
