Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Sie beraten nationale und internationale Unternehmen sowie weitere interessante Klientinnen und Klienten in sämtlichen Fragen des Gesellschafts\- und Vertragsrechts.

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der rechtlichen Begleitung von nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden M\&A\-Transaktionen. Dabei wirken Sie über den gesamten Transaktionsprozess hinweg mit, von der rechtlichen Due Diligence über die Strukturierung und Vertragsgestaltung bis hin zu den Vertragsverhandlungen sowie dem Signing und Closing.

Darüber hinaus beraten Sie bei Umstrukturierungen, gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie (je nach Interesse und Erfahrung) in den Bereichen Private Equity und Venture Capital. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Klientinnen und Klienten sowie mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten und Standorten zusammen und übernehmen zunehmend eigenständig Verantwortung für Mandate und Projekte.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Sie verfügen über einen sehr guten juristischen Studienabschluss und ein Schweizer Anwaltspatent.
  • Sie interessieren sich für M\&A\-Transaktionen sowie für gesellschafts\- und vertragsrechtliche Fragestellungen. Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Sie haben Freude an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und daran, komplexe rechtliche Fragestellungen in praxisorientierte Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung.
  • Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team und überzeugen durch eine aufgeschlossene, engagierte und sympathische Persönlichkeit.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. ösischkenntnisse oder weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
