Heute zählt die E. \& Co. AG rund 40 Mitarbeitende und ist damit eine der führenden Kanzleien auf diesem Gebiet. Zur Verstärkung unserer Marken\- und Rechtsabteilung suchen wir für unser Büro in Zürich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d – 80\-100%) mit Schwerpunkt Immaterialgüterrecht Ihre Hauptaufgaben In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie die Zukunft unserer Kanzlei mit und übernehmen verantwortungsvolle sowie spannende Aufgaben, insbesondere in den folgenden Gebieten: Selbstständige Betreuung anspruchsvoller Mandate im Bereich Immaterialgüterrecht (Markenrecht, Patentrecht, Designrecht, Urheberrecht, etc.) Beratung internationaler Konzerne, Traditionsfirmen, KMUs und Startups in sämtlichen Branchen und Industriezweigen Akquise neuer Mandate und Pflege eines berufsrelevanten Netzwerks Ihr Profil Idealerweise sind sie Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt und bringen Folgendes mit: Ausgezeichnete Expertise und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Immaterialgüterrecht Zusätzliche Erfahrung in angrenzenden Gebieten wie Pharma\- oder Datenschutzrecht oder in rechtlichen Belangen bezüglich Informationstechnologie sind ein Plus Selbstständige Mandatsbetreuung sowie eine dienstleistungsorientierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise Ein berufsrelevantes Netzwerk und Talent zur Mandatsakquise sind von Vorteil Interesse und Freude am Einsatz neuer Technologien (z.B.
