Votre prochaine étape de carrière en conseil juridique chez BDO

Notre équipe de conseil juridique vous cherche pour renforcer notre équipe de 9 personnes en Suisse centrale, sur les sites de Steinhausen et Lucerne ! En tant que conseiller juridique à l-esprit entrepreneurial, vous contribuez activement au développement stratégique du conseil juridique, notamment sur le site de Steinhausen. De plus, vous identifiez les potentiels de cross-selling dans l-ensemble du portefeuille de services BDO et les exploitez de manière ciblée. Vous êtes ouvert, accessible et convainquez par une forte compétence sociale et un esprit d-équipe. Grâce à votre flexibilité ainsi qu-à votre approche orientée solutions et besoins, vous trouvez toujours des réponses adaptées à notre clientèle diversifiée, en particulier à Steinhausen. D-excellentes connaissances en anglais et idéalement un réseau existant complètent votre profil.

Conseiller juridique (h/f/d) 80-100% Lieu de travail : Steinhausen et Lucerne #

Ce que vous accomplissez

  • Accompagnement et conseil juridique des entreprises avec un accent sur le droit commercial ainsi que la conformité juridique des entreprises
  • Développement actif et structuration de l-offre de conseil, notamment sur le site de Steinhausen
  • Identification proactive et mise en œuvre des besoins en conseil, fiscalité et audit (cross-selling) par un réseautage ciblé de notre clientèle (inter)nationale avec le vaste portefeuille de services BDO
  • Direction de projets interdisciplinaires de haut niveau en collaboration avec nos experts en droit, fiscalité, fiduciaire, audit et services aux entreprises - votre compétence d-interface fait de vous un acteur clé dans les défis complexes
  • Intégration et développement des technologies modernes et de l-intelligence artificielle dans le conseil juridique ainsi que développement et établissement de solutions innovantes
  • Acquisition autonome et gestion de mandats exigeants, notamment dans un contexte international, avec responsabilité pour le développement du secteur d-activité et le succès économique de BDO

Ce qui vous permet de réussir

  • Personnalité entrepreneuriale, structurée et responsable avec une forte compétence en gestion de projets, un esprit d-innovation et une grande initiative personnelle
  • Orientation client stratégique prononcée et plaisir à collaborer de manière commerciale avec les différentes divisions de BDO
  • Patente d-avocat d-un canton suisse, idéalement complétée par un autre diplôme (LL.M, MBA, CAS ou similaire, de préférence en lien avec la conformité juridique ou le droit commercial)
  • Au moins 5 ans d-expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un cabinet d-avocats international, une société de conseil ou un service juridique d-un groupe
  • Compétence dans le domaine Legal Tech & Digital Legal Transformation : expérience dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et la gestion de projets Legal Tech (y compris IA & automatisation)
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l-allemand et de l-anglais au niveau C2+/langue maternelle ainsi que d-autres langues un atout (par ex. français, italien)
